TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
The promotion committee has invited to attend
the Japan and Access Dinghy International
Championships 2002 in Osaka.
This regatta will be held on 12th, 13h & 14th October in Osaka Japan.
On this weekend there will be over fifty sailors who are disabled as well as able bodied competing from oversea and Japan.
We hope there will be many Australian sailors
and people.
We Japanese sailors want to have friendships
with people from oversea by this opportunity.
Mr. Grahme Rayner, Australian sailor introduced
Japanese these wonderful boats, only three
years ago.
Many Japanese want to love sailing of Accessdinghy
when they know.
There are over 20 accessdinghies now in Japan
in spite of hard times.
And many Japanese are very concern to this
new type community.
Australia Access Dinghy Foundation will help
to us to hold our International Championship.
The department of welfare and health, and
the Port and Harbor Bureau of Osaka city
are very helpful.
Non-profit Organization Sailability Japan wants to spread this wonderful activity to all over Japan.
We, Japan sent the sailors to Australian
Accessdinghy Championships last three years
in roll.
Australian sailors are very kind to us at
Championships at Canberra.
Many Japanese friends looking forward to see you in Osaka and have good time together.
It makes encouragement to many sailors who
have not experience of travel and seeing
the people from oversea.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming
to Osaka Japan.
Please not hegitate to contact me for more information
Yours truly
Chairman.
